The average age was 54 ± 14 years, the men were younger (50.45 ± 14 years) than the women (52.02 ± 14 years). The prevalence of MS increases with age up to 50 years and then decreases.There was a statistically significant differencee between the two groups (male and female) in
terms of occupation (p=0.035)
