Chart: Patient E, a 61-year-old G2P2 woman with history of breast cancer that was treated 12 years prior to her presentation presented with postmenopausal bleeding. US showed endometrial thickening. Endometrial biopsy showed serous intraepithelial carcinoma in an endometrial polyp. She underwent total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and staging.
