Dr. Mohamed Amine LAZOURGUI is a doctor of Human Nutrition at the University of Sciences and Technology Houari Boumediene (Algiers). His work focuses specifically on the nutritional prevention of diabetes mellitus and the relationship between the latter and cardiovascular diseases as well as cancer.
Research Interest
Dr. Mohamed Amine Lazourgui research interest focus on the physiopathology of diabetes mellitus, namely fibrotic and inflammatory process. He also has a good knowledge in food and pharmaceutics microbiological and physicochemical quality control methods.
