Biography
Madeline C. Fields, MD completed a two year fellowship in neuro-physiology and epilepsy at the New York University Langone Medical Center. She is the recipient of the National Epifellows Award and is board certified in Neurology and Neurophysiology. Dr. Fields received her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and her medical degree from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel. After a one year internship in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY, she completed her neurology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center where she served as chief resident. Dr. Fields was awarded the Resident of theYear award, the Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award, and was inducted as an honorary member into Alpha Omega Alpha. Her primary clinical interests include the medical management of epilepsy evaluation of the genetic basis for epilepsy and quantitative electroencephalography analysis.
