International Payments Terms & Conditions

Before engaging in international transactions, it's essential to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions governing international payments. These terms outline the responsibilities and expectations for both parties involved in the payment process.
Payment Methods
Wire Transfers: Payments will be made through wire transfers as the primary method. Parties must provide accurate banking details, including bank name, account number, SWIFT/BIC codes, and any other relevant information.
Online payments: For easy transaction we offer most popular trusted online payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, RazorPay.
We clearly state any fees or charges associated with using our online payment method. We will specify if fees are based on transaction amount, currency, or any other criteria.
Authorized Use: You agree to only use the online payment method for transactions that are legal and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Letters of Credit: In certain cases, letters of credit may be used. Parties involved must adhere to the conditions specified in the letter of credit.
Currency
All transactions will be conducted in the agreed-upon currency in most cases USD. Exchange rates, if applicable, on the mid-market rate based on pricing data sourced from third-party service providers. Mid-market rate is the average between the buy and the sell price of a currency.
Payment Amount and Timing
The exact payment amount, inclusive of any fees or charges, will be specified in the agreement. A payment schedule with due dates will be provided. However, Late payments will not incur penalties, but grace periods, if any, will be clearly outlined.
Documentation Requirements
Successful payment processing requires the submission of specific documents, such as invoices, shipping documents, certificates of origin, etc. Parties must adhere to the agreed format and language requirements for these documents.
Banking Details
Ensure accurate and complete banking details for both the payer and payee are provided. This includes bank names, account numbers, and SWIFT/BIC codes.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
All international payments must comply with relevant international and local laws and regulations. Any required permits or licenses must be obtained before the transaction.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to follow the outlined procedures for resolution. The governing law and jurisdiction for legal disputes will be specified.
Cancellation and Amendments
Conditions for cancelling or amending payments are outlined in the agreement. Parties should be aware of any associated fees or penalties for such actions.
Confidentiality
All transaction details and proprietary information are treated with confidentiality. Parties agree not to disclose sensitive information without prior consent.
