ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGES (APC'S)

JScholar publishes its articles in open access format. The scientific community from all across the globe can access our journals for free once the articles get published in the concerned journals.The publication fee for authors varies from journal to journal. We support the authors financially towards their publication by giving them special discounts. Partial or complete weavers will be provided for low income countries and also discounts are applicable to the authors based on their research funding sources either from the government or from their universities. Publication charges vary as per the world's bank classification of countries by income group.

Note: As some of the articles might get rejected due to lack of scientific novelty, there is no article submission charges required. Author need to pay article processing charges after completion of publication process.

• Immediate, permanent online, barrier free access to the full article text
• Developing and maintaining publishing tools for peer review and publication
• Preparation of article in different formats for online publication
• Securing inclusion in indexing sites and number of permanent archives as soon as possible after publication
• Securing inclusion in CrossRef, enabling electronic citation in other journals that are available electronically

REFUND POLICY

• There is no cancellation of fees if the author withdraws his or her paper from consideration.
• Refunds for article which have been published is not possible due to the nature of the given service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any research scholar may search, retrieve, save, download and print out the copies of individual articles from the database of the Journal for their scholarly, educational and research use.

Authorized users may only transmit articles from the database to other authorized users.

Authorized users may make multiple copies of any items from the database or from the hard copy of the Journal for inclusion in course curriculum, which may then be distributed to other authorized users, provided that such copies are only used for teaching purposes within the institution and that no charge is made for such copies.

JScholar publisher is intent on protecting your privacy.

WITHDRAW POLICY

There are some instances exist where author sends unethical withdraw request which results in wastage of precious resources and as well efforts and time of editors, reviewers, and the editorial staff. To evade gratuitous withdrawal of manuscripts Jscholars declare withdrawal policy.

We do not tolerate parallel submissions. Authors can only withdraw the article within five days from the date of submission. Otherwise, authors need to pay minimum processing charges to cover peer review administration and management cost and system management resource utilization cost.

Article can’t be withdrawn when it is step ahead to publish.

Authors can withdraw article within 5 days without any charges.

Authors need to pay 20% of the original article processing fee in case of withdrawal when the article is under review process.

Authors need to pay 40% of the original article processing fee in case of withdrawal after completion of review process.

Authors need to pay 70% of the original article processing fee in case of withdrawal after completion of galley proof of the article.

WAIVER POLICY

Jscholar Publishers, could provide considerable discount on article processing charges for developing countries articles and the research work which doesn't have any funding support.

Please mail your request for a waiver of the publication fee to finance@jscholaronline.org before submitting your manuscript. Requests for waivers for manuscripts that are already under peer review or have been typeset will not be granted.

Upon application, corresponding authors from Low Income Countries may be granted up to 25% waiver.

Information Collection and Use

When you submit a manuscript to JScholar, we collect information such as your name, email address, institution, research area.

JScholar Publication automatically receives and records information on our server logs from the information that your browser sends to us, including your IP address, cookies, and the page you request.

JScholar Publication uses information to customize the content you see or are notified of. We use it to fulfill your requests for services. Other thing is to include storing names of the reviewers of manuscripts submitted to journals and displaying these names for editors.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

JScholar Publication does not, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide services you've requested.

We transfer information about you if JScholar Publication is acquired by or merged with another company.

Confidentiality and Security

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide services to you or in order to do their jobs.

We have physical and electronic safeguards that comply with regulations to protect personal information about you.
