Biography
Dr. Ammar Altemimi is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology at the University of Basrah, Basrah, Iraq. He received his Ph.D. in 2016. He has received several honors and awards for his excellence in research. He has authored a number of articles were published in international journals.
